   hi atty. ask q lng po sana kasi po umorder aq thru fb marketplace ng customized jersey taga cavite city po xa and subic po ako ngsend po aq ng full payment na 2400 plus shipping na 100 dw and ng add me ng 200 for tip lang. sv nov20 dw po nsa kin na and j&t po 12 days now lang dumating may COD pa pong 1k and lbc po trinack ko po kaka send lang khpon. pinost ko po cla sa fb kc wala na pong reply. wala po kasi clang binibigy na tracking everyday ko pong hinihingi. nung na reciv ko na po ng send daw po sila ng demand letter sakin dahil sa post ko po ata. Pwede ko po bang kasuhan ng estafa ung tao?
