Dear presiding judge,
in the hope that you take your office seriously and want to help people, I ask you to recognize a foreign judgement/decision
my divorce decree/resolution.
I wrote to a lot of Philippine authorities, either I didn’t get an answer or was referred to another authority.
So last to you, I really hope you can help us.

On April 10, 1994, I married my now divorced wife, Leodimelia Flores, in Cavite City. now we have been legally divorced since August 7th, 2018.Since I was very fascinated by the Philippines, including the people, it was clear to me that in the event of a remarriage I would again choose a Filipina. But this problem has arisen. After I had all the documents together. Certificate of merit from the registry office Berlin Germany and the legal capacity to contract marriage. When we applied for the marriage license my fiancee Angelie Luis Tulo and me at City Hall Glan / Sarangani I was asked by a Cenomar. Although legally divorced, I was still married to Leodimelia Flores. and even though I’m legally divorced, they didn’t give us a marriage license
Since we were very desperate, we accepted the offer to close a tribal marriage, especially since we were told that this was legal in the Philippines. Maybe in the Philippines but not in Germany that means we are not married.
My ex-wife is already German for more than 15 years, so that we had no way to separate according to Philippine law. We are both German !!
In the meantime I have had my divorce decree certified by the philippine embassy in berlin.
Please help us that we can marry legally in the City Hall Glan Sarangani or in Cavite City, Cavite
if possible send me also a modified CENOMAR as a PDF file
if necessary, the original documents can be presented before our marriage in the Philippines
