gud am ang TM po ay madalas magnakaw ng load sa cp lalo pag may ertra regular load ka.ung 8933 nagpapadala ng msg na mga quotes at joke na hind ka naman ng subscribe tapos pwersahan na babawasin ang lod mo hanggang sa maubos ito.hindi lang po ang number na yan ibat ibang lugar iba2x number ang ginagamit nila mrami na akong nakausap na puro ganyan ang problema.sana matigl na ito kawawa kaming mga customer nila.

I have a big problem po. I lost my phone lately october 12,2017 . Tinry po namin itrack pero di po nakaopen sa phone ko na nawala yung gps o kahu location man lang. kaya di po namin na track. I receive numerous texts scams weekly. I want to report to NTC, Smart & Globe to help the Philippines a better place to live in. I tried some searches but no easy way to send/report the messages I received with their corresponding numbers.
I don’t think NTC really want to help people in regards to Text Scams (and the like) that involves big businesses like Smart, Globe, et al. How can a middle income person from Region 1 or 11 can contact the NTC if their only available contact numbers are all landline? That is one way of saying do not complain because I do not want the big telecom companies get harassed. They can easily ask each company to donate numbers where to contact NTC. NTC can also mandate Smart, Globe, etc to establish an office to deal/solve problems like text scams – the easiest way is to deactivate the number once they found the scam is verified. If they really want to help, that is not hard, right? I smell something why they do not do it.
