Nanakaw po un cellphones ko nun aug.19, nag eemail po ako lagi sa consumer.ntc.gov.ph para po sana ma blocked un phone ko ng hindi na magamit.. sana po matulungan nyo kaming lahat dito ng sa ganun mabawasan ang mga mahilig manguha ng hindi sa kanilang pinag paguran

I’d like to complain regarding PLDT Wifi. I made 2 applications and they cancelled both with no valid reason at all. Below shows their email for closing the first application:
“Upon careful validation of your application details and requirements, our PLDT Home Online Team deemed it disapproved for the following reason(s):
CLOSED CANCELLED REQUEST
We still hope to serve you in the future.”
I tried to reach out several times but no one would answer and when I was able to speak to their customer service, they said that my application was not forwarded. I was advised to apply again so I did. After a few weeks, I received a call verifying my application and said that it’s already ok and I just have to wait for the installation schedule. Few weeks passed and I still did not receive any call regarding the installation schedule despite the follow ups. A month later, I was advised that my application has been cancelled again due to unavailability of facility in our area. This is not true. Our condominium is exclusive to PLDT internet and the wires are ready for installation. Our other unit in the condominium has an existing PLDT Wifi account and it works well. Therefore, the reason is invalid.
Please look into my case as I feel that the people in PLDT are not doing their job and they simply cancel applications as they wish.

Nagload ako from GCASH to PLDT Prepaid Wifi. I have seven (7) transactions of 999 Kapitwifi. (Not knowing na KapitWifi promo is for GLOBE USERS ONLY.) Sabi ni GCASH the transaction was successful, pero lahat po ng numbers na yon ay di nakareceive ng LOAD. Advised ng GCASH sa akin tumawag ako sa GLOBE and PLDT, I did both pero binabalik nila ako sa GCASH. (7 Times na ako tumawag sa GCASH) Pero sabi ni GCash di daw nila mababalik yong Load kasi successful daw kahit wala nareceive ang 7 numbers. Load with a TOTAL of 6,993.
One (1) month napo pero wala padin solution.

Good afternoon.
I am Jose Mari Reyes of 34 San Lorenzo st., Brgy. Kapitolyo, Pasig City. I would like to complain about the failure of PLDT to deliver landline and internet service to its customers along San Pablo and San Lorenzo Streets, Brgy. Kapitolyo, Pasig City. This has been going on for 53 days.
For confirmation, my PLDT problem Service order is no. 34306807. A neighbor’s is 1486082927. The telephone number of another neighbor is 0286314717. Also no service.
I think the problem started with their Fibrization Project in our area revising GNT[0024]. We don’t know what has happened to it.
We are hoping for your prompt action on this matter since PLDT has been giving us only scripted replies through their social media accounts and hotline.

Good day po.. may ask your assistance regarding on my concern on the Globe Telecom company. Last 2017 po i had applied a plan at Globe and signed a contract for 2 years plan.. meaning 24 months po. last April po 2020 i received a bill no. 25. amounting of 3,912.99 pesos. nagtaka po ako bakit my bill 25 pa akong natanggap na two-year plan man ang kinuha ko. Kasi po after paying my 24th bill pinutol na nila ang connection at hindi ko na magagamit ang net. . tumawag ako sa service center nila ang sabi po ay kanilang gawan ng paraan ang concern ko. akala ko po wala na yun kasi po wala na man akong natanggap ng tawag mula sa kanila. just today at around 10 in the morning i received a call na nagsasabi sa akin na i have to pay the amount today or tomorrow. Ano po ang nararapat kong gawin?
