good morning, im Aries T. dela Cruz from 676 Cayabyab St. Sangandaan Caloocan City. My phone was stolen recently dated April 5. I already blotter in Barangay and already talked to the police.
I want to block the stolen phone, the details are hereunder:

-with simcard num. 09204280725
(but the said simcard was already retrieve to smart, the stolen sim is already deactivated, i have the same num onhand)
please notify me once this request is done already.

Good day! Sir/Ma’am i want to complain regarding SMART COMMUNICTIONS it is indees very annoying thay they can’t even give me feedback about my order. Last February 15 and 16, 2016 i ordered 11 units of Myphone My28s at their promo price of 888 per pc. Via online with reference numbers 689983035 and 690224412.I paid the said transaction on that very same day. After paying the said transction i received status update PAYMENT RECEIVE the next day the status was ARRANGING PACKAGE. With hope nd trust to receive the item after 10-15 business days the usual delivery outside Metro Manila i ordered and pay again last February 20 for another 7 items and able to receive it within 9 working days. After receiving the said last ordered items i followed up my first order 5 times already and the customer service from SMART WIRELESS STORE was not able to give me any update about my order because they says that they dont have any access about prepaid online order. They advised me to call via hotline and ive done that already 5 times or more already and they just let me wait always for 24 or 48 hours but until now i dont have any feedback receive. I try to call this day and they tell me that my order was cancelled and the other one is waiting for payment. I protest because how come they will tell me that it was cancelled and waiting for payment?? If i already receive the status update that it is already ARRANGING PACKAGE and they says that it is out of stock, how come that my last paid order arrived? At ito pa they caused me so much trouble because they dont even give any feedback or update regrding my order. Sasabihin na mg antay ako lagi within 24 hrs 48hrs 5times is too much and they are just wasting my time at wala den naman palang darating na feedback it is so unfair as subscriber ng SMART they have to pay me danyos sa lahat ng ito they tell me na out of stock? Why my first order at bkit hindi yung huli at bakit sasabihin n SMART na out of stock e meron naman available posted online at mark up price na 988 na kasi naka bundled with call and text card. Yung promo posted nila 888 until April 2016 pa at bakit hindi nila unahin ang naunang order at magbigay sila ng feedback regarding my complain. They have to deliver my 11units order and they have to pay me danyos kasi sobrang wasting time n talaga many times na akong tumatawag pero wala paring feedback akong natatnggap. Hoping na matulungan nyo po ako sa complain ko. Thank you very much

I want to complain these set of numbers that have been consistently sending SPAM MESSAGES telling me that my line has been charged for something, and for me to cancel it, I need to perform SHARE-A-LOAD.
Messages are sent as if I am not aware that on how share a load works.
It is very annoying, been receiving multiple SMS hourly. Please help.

Goodday… nais ko lamang po ireklamo ang pldt ultera. Kasi po ilang buwan nako na nakakaranas ng di maayos n network. Minsan mabagal, madalas pawala wala at ngaun unabis di ko n magamit net ko. Abot ang tawag ko s kanilang hotline puro sagot nila ay wait lang ng 24 hours manunumbalik n uli. Pero magkakaroon nga panandalian lang ang muli nnmang mawawala. Kahit s office nila nagtungo rin ako magpapadala daw ng technician para ayusin. Wala din ngyari. Sabi ko paano ang mga buwan n di ko nagamit ang net pero binabayaran ang bill sabi marerebate daw pero dapat bayaran muna bill. Gusto ko n po ipacancel ang contract dhil s di maayos n serbisyo pero sbi ng office di daw pwedi dhil may kontrata. Babayaran daw kontrak ko at mablack listed pa. Ano po ba ang aksyon n maiutulong ninyo sa akin. Sana po matulungan nyo po ako. Ako po at taga cabanatuan city.

Hi Sir/Ma’am,
I would like to seek some help from you regarding the service that Sun Cellular is providing to me. I am enrolled in a 249 sim plan only from with inclusive with unlimited text to all network and 2 hours tri-net calls and non-stop facebook. Unfortunately, Sun Cellular disconnected the service even if it is still not my due date to pay. I am entitled for the unlimited text to all network but I cannot use my plan due to redirection of service without proper justification. I already called and filed a complaint to them but no action has been taken. And as I received my latest billing statement, Sun Cellular charged me for the service that I didn’t use since the line has been disconnected. Can you please look into this and please do provide an action for them to know that it’s unjustifiable on our end. Thank you and God Bless.

Dear sir/Mam,i could not find your email ad where I could file my complaint on the very poor services of Homebro Ultera in our place,Bayombong,Nueva Vizcaya.Since it was installed last august 4,2015,i have never enjoyed a continouos satisfactory fast service of this Nrtwork.Several times did I call up Pldt Homebro,but only once did they visit my place and yet the problem wasn’t resolved.Now,its almost 2 weeks that We dont have an internet connection and i feel so frustrated feeling that I am being robbed of my hard earned money,paying them regularly without getting the best service that wenexpect and deserved.I have no one to turn to anymore except NTC.Hope you can do something about this problem of mine.Thank you so much.I
