May tanong po sana ako tungkol po sa excess time working hours everyday we have 24mns excess !ito po mula 2006 pA hanggang ngayon!Babayaran DAW nila kami pero 3yrs lng !dahil NASA backwages DAW ito! Tanong KO diba overtime yon!di naman patas 3yrs bayaran .gusto po talaga malaman kung tama ba Sila o hindi sayang namn pinaghirapan namin! Sir!

Please tanong ko lang po kung matatagalan pa ang pag release ng Writ of Execution for an awarded case . Since year 2002 pa ang case , pero antay na lang signature ng Judge.
HOW LONG WOULD IT TAKE THE THE JUDGE TO SIGN AND RELEASE OF WRIT OF EXECUTION OF A DECIDED CASE SO WE CAN COLLECT THE AWARD. pLEASE HELP . iTS ALMOST TWO MONTHS NOW.

Hi! I just want to complaint the Seven Eleven Bankal Casia. I start working at Seven Eleven on September 21, 2017 and our salary is only 300. They said that after 6 months they increase my salary at 343 but after 6 months my salary its only 300. I texted our Sir of the promise that he said to us and He start action to increase my salary on June 16-30 2017. And they just keeps on deducting contributions for SSS, Philhealth & Pag-ibig on June 2017 but hindi naman nila hinuhulog.I already checked it sa SSS , Philhealth and Pag-ibig they did not start to Hulog our Benefits Why we have a deduction? , but We know that we did not registered. And our store Have a big short , they decide that we pay the loss of the store or hold our benefits. Mag stop lang yung Hold sa benefits if after the investigation and my salary is deduction of 1000 every month. What if di nila makita ang loss so lagi nalang kami my deduct na 1000 every months. Where is our right? Where’s our Law? what should I do? I have hard copy of my payslip stating that they deducted every month. hoping for your quick reply. Thank you

I have a complain last February, this is actually about the my husband’s death in coast. My husband died last November 4, 2008 in F/V Queen Victoria 998, On the High Seas because of Traumatic Head Injury Secondary To Falling Object From A Height.
I ask, ” Bakit Head Injury? Na ang kalahati ng mukha ng asawa ko ay halos hindi na makilala dahil sa wasak ang kabuuan ng kalahating parte sa kanan ang mukha niya? Umpisa sa noo, mata, ang kabuuan ng kalahating bahagi ay pihing.”
And on the same company my son experienced “Major Depressive Due With Psychotic Features”or discrimination intimidation. My complain was already given to POEA last February 15, 2017, then last March 2, we had our confrontation with the representative of the management. But still i am not satisfied with the settled settlement. And on March 24,2017 is going to be the second confrontation.
Last Tuesday, February 21,2017. The representative called me and said that he could not go to the confrontation because he don’t have ticket and is already fully booked.
Can I withdraw my case or complain in POEA on March 24,2017?

Dati po akong empleyado na may posisyong Supervisor ng El Tigre Security and Investigation Agency na kabilang sa CAT Security ng BCC Group. Ako po ay naglingkod sa iba’t ibang ahensiya ng CAT Security sa loob halos ng 24-na taon. Nag-resigned po ako sa El Tigre Security noong March 2016 sa edad na 55. Ang pagre-resign ko po ay bunsod ng di nila pagbibigay sa akin ng duty mula November 23, 2015 hanggang sa ako ay napilitang magresigned.
Ang tanong ko po ngayon ay kung wala po ba talaga akong makukuha na separation o cash benefit mula sa ahensiya?
Hindi ko na rin po ba makukuha ang retirement benefit ko sa nasabing ahensiya?
pwede po ba makuha email adress o kya no ng nlrc di po lase ma aksyunan ng dole clark problema nmin parang ander pa sila dun sa agencie na nirereklamo nmin iniidip nmin na binabayaran sila laya sila ganun
Makatwiran po ba yung up to 5 10 15 or more years pa na contractual then ita transfer sa agency at sasabihing wala daw makukuha? May karapatan po ba sila ano ang dapat nilang gawin concern lang po.thanks
