I am very disappointed on the teller assigned at mexico exit…around 7:52pm.noong nasa teller nakami nakita namin kabila booth meron pala cashier pero hindi nqkq ilaw yung sign board na cash so all the while alam ng mga vehicle isa lang tellee/booth ang bukas kqya majaba na pila.
So pqgka enter namin sa teller sinqbihqn namin na bakit meron teller doon sa isang booth pero wala pumunpunta na vehicle and sagot sa amin e kc po wala pumupuntq doon.nag init ulo ko sabi ko u should ask assistance to the security on duty to assist all the vehicle or inform them that there is open teller….wala pakiaalam kahit pala sobra haba na pola na umabot na sa mismo NLeX road.
Tumatawa pq.at yung naka assigned na teller nagaayus lang ng hair at wala pakialam kahit wala dumaan na vehicle sa booth nya…

Pls lang po NLEX admin. Wag niyo po payagan n my mgbigay ng belvita n biscuit jan po s my toll s bocaue. Kc po sumakit ang tiyan namin kc expired n po pla. NangyAri eto nun aug. 28 , 2018 around 8 am to 8:30 am napadaan po kami s toll before kami mgbayad ng toll fee my ng abot po ng belvita. Kinuha namin at tinikman po namin at ndi n po namin chineck ang expiration date kc po ndi naman po cguro papayag ang NLEX ADMINn my mgbigay nga ng expired n pagkain. So aun po nakarating kami ng bahay at sumakit n po mga tiyan namin ng around 11am. Kasama ko po mag ina ko. Un baby ko n 1 y/o and 2mos. Late n po namin nakita n expired n po pla. Alam po namin n my pagkakamali kami at ndi namin nacheck bago kainin. Pero sana man lang po ay macheck din po muna niyo at bawat papasok jan s toll para mgbigay ng anumang uri ng pagkain. Salamat po

I got into an accident last 4/28/18. and the NLEX officer who assisted us there was not bringing any form that will aid us in getting the police report via online. and the number he provided to us to aid us in acquiring the report was not answering our call. can you please help me? can you send the process to me on my email.
