   May I ask some policy on disconection. Is there any guide in the disconnection of electric connection or are electric cooperative given the discretion to do whatever policy they wanted. I was not able to receive my bill for June and it happened that it was given together with the July bill on August 18, 2022 and its due date is August 19, 2022. I paid the bill August 18, 2022. I was having no electric current starting August 18, 2022; so in the following day, August 19, I called NORECO II, our servicing cooperative, in fairness to them, they came this morning and so grateful for their positive response. Only to know that we were disconnected.

   Please give me some clarification on this, so I can be guided. And possibly understand their policy.

   Nag apply po kami noong Sept. 2014 at na approve last Dec. 2015 at itnayo na lahat ang poste at wiring noong Feb.2016 at nag apply kami nag Electrical permit last July 25 tapos hanggang ngayon wala pang permit na ma ibigay dahil nga sa wala pang basbas ng Mayor at ng kapatid ng mayor na siyang Board of Director ng Dumingag district. Ang Project pong ito ay nasa Purok 3 Bag-ong Valencia , Dumingag Zamboanga del Sur. Mindanao.

   gusto ko po itanong sa inyo nag apply po kami sa SEP PROGRAM at na approve na worth 1.6 m tapos na lahat mga koneksyon tapos hindi raw ma energize dahil hindi kami binigyan ng electrical permit sa municipal mayor kasi hindi kami kakampi nila sa politika 4 months na yong application permit namin hanggang ngayon hindi pa na pirmahan ng engr. Egos na siya ang incharge kasi wala pang basbas kay mayor. Pacalioga ng Dumingag Zamboanga del sur Mindanao under po kami ng ZAMSURECO-1 cooperative. Ano po ba ang magagawa ninyo sa problemang ito?
