   Greetings from Vancouver, B.C.
   I am Wilfred S. Victoria, a Filipino writer and playwright who is now based in Canada.
   I wrote a one-act play in 1980 that won a Carlos Palanca Memorial Award for Literature in the Philippines. The title of of play is ” Isang Gabi sa Beerhouse” / “One Night in a (Manila) Beerhouse”
   I have recently updated translated the play into English and am asking the assistance of NCCA in my plans to have it published as a book with illustrations.
   I write your good office to check for grants for new authors to get the book published.
