I would like your office to help me how to file complaint against on-line scammers whose items delivered to me on August 29, 2019 are defective and since then the on-line business blocked me depriving me any access to them. my hard earned money has gone to waste because of this scammer and I am afraid several innocent netizens would be their prey if they are allowed to operate their lies and deceitful activities on-line. and I would like to include in my complaint the courier who delivered the defective items and received the payments. please guide me how and where to file my complaint, thank you very much.

Someone has fooled me and used my credit card to purchase items online in Shopee. I already coordinated this issue with them and they told me to seek advice from your office due to Data Privacy Act. Hoping for your immediate response regarding this matter. I want to increase public awareness with this current issue we face in this modern world..

Sent money from the US for my mother who lives in negros, another person with fraudulent ID had encashed the money in General Santos City as per courier’s information. The courier services was able to track which branch the money was disbursed. Where can i send my formal complain because the people who are doing these things need to be prosecuted!
May problema daw po sa releasing ng NBI for june 26, pero di nman sinasabi kung ano. Dami ng tao ang naghihintay pati ako. May pasok pa ako mamayang gabi and wala man silang sinasabi.
