   I hope this message finds you well. My name is Franz Ellano, a senior BS Economics student from the University of the Philippines Diliman. Along with my partner, I am enrolled in Econ 153 – Project Evaluation. For our course project, we are tasked with reviewing appraisal methods for bulk water supply projects in underserved areas.

   We would like to request access to electronic copies of appraisal papers on bulk water supply projects within underserved areas in the Philippines. Specifically, we are interested in documents on the Negros Occidental Bulk Water Supply Project and the Baggao Bulk Water Supply Project. Additionally, if accessible, we would also appreciate any appraisal papers on the Ormoc City Water Supply System Project or similar projects.
