   ex taiwan po ako at need ko kuha police clearance kaso wala na ung lumang passport ko at arc makaka request po ba ako?

   Hello po,good afternoon. I’m from pangasinan. And I just want to know if I can get a police clearance in Taiwan but I’m already here in Philippines. And also do I need to book an appointment in getting police clearance in your office.
