Magtatanung lang po, may tubo po ba kada araw pag naimbargu yung motor. Yung tubo po kase nila 500 kada araw. Dito po sa LTO ORMOC.

ask lang po kc na compiska yung driver lisence ng asawa ko sa may skyway? ang naka lagay ng violation is other tapos naka lagay sa violation code is 702? anu po ibig sabihin noon? na liligaw po kc kame jan sa part ng manila tapos na wrong inter lang kame sa skyway hiriram lang ng guard yung lisence hindi na binalik basta nalang kame binigyan ng ticket. hindi manlang samin i explain kong anu violation namin??

SUGGESTION.
It would probably help if all motor vehicle drivers go through a written test re traffic rules and regulations, and when successful in written exam, they must pass an actual road test before issuing or re-issuing a license. Registration shoukd only be done ones, like in Canada or other countries. We don’t need to change license plate. All vehicles (including motorbikes, tri-cycles, etc) should have an insurance renewable every year. A sticker of expiry date must be placed on the license plate. Countryman with more than one vehicle must insure each vehicle, 2nd vehicle premium higher than first, so on. This might minimize traffic congestion. Anyone caught driving an uninsured vehicle will be liable.
