Regarding with the professional drivers license application I heard from my friend that still there are fixers who promises that the application would be much more easier and guarantees that they will pass the examination for a certain amount of money which is a lot higher than the real amount for the application. My query is, is it that hard to apply that still fixers are needed by many?
LTO is part of the government and everyone has the right to utilize its services, I asked my friend why need fixers if there is a the real and right way, and he answers me this, “you dont know the system, one day you’ll experience that”. I think it is very unreasonable to rely to those people.
People get used with this system of “lagayan” , hoping this system ends.

Nagpaparehistro po ako ng motor as l.t.o novaliches, grabe mag iisang buwan na ndi pa pwede irihistro…antay daw ng update ng system…kelan pro ba bibilis ang sistema nyo…?????
HI PO sa mga management ng LTO mirasol Cubao.. I HAVE BEEN CALLED UP LTO Mirasol but still nobody answer the phone up to now..how can i call up them? Grabe ang hirap tumawag jan sa Mirasol branch..
hi..question lang po, thanks to those who would help..ano po mga reuired docs pag mag apply for license? pwede po ba kumuha ng non prof license kahit wala ka pang student’s permit? If so, gaano po kahaba ang processing, same day po ba makukuha ang license pag punta ng office nila?
What is taking the LTO so long in releasing plate numbers???I got a car last Oct. 2015. Up to now all the dealer could say is “wala pa rin”. Can you explain why?

As antique po nabili and motor ko LTO Iloilo daw nag released ng plate ko..tapos nabili ako sa Davao ayaw I released licence ko my my babayaran pa under collection daw.kailangan ko pa saw pumunta sa Iloilo para bayaran yun..bakit Hindi pwede ditto sa Davao ..iba a po ba may ari ng LTO SA Iloilo at LTO sa Davao ..
gano katagal pa po ba bago magkaron ng plastic prof.lic. dto sa DAET CAMARINES NORTE. Almost 1yr na wala padin,anung klaseng serbisyo ba yan. Nagbabayad naman ng tama ang mga tao.
ilang years ang validity pag nag-renew kn ng license ulit?

LTO humanda kayo mga koyakoy kayo at ang bagal ng serbisoyo nyo..bayad nako s lisensya ko. sabihin nyo wala kayong pondo sa ID ng drivers license…mga gong gong kayo.

good day..just want to cite my complain because of my husband license. last may 2015 ng renew sya ng license nya until now hnd nya pa nkukuha yn card nya. nag 1 year n wla pa din. pro dahilan lng cla hnd wla pa dw.bkt ganun mg 1 year na. pki gawan ng praan po.
kailangan ko po naa mag pa system update. mali po yun year model sa CR. 1995 po yun model ng car ko pero 1900 po yun nakalagay sa CR. Hindi ko po maregister ngyun gawa nun year model.
Wlang Kwentang Customer Service, 2hours n qng tumatawag Pero wlang Sumasagot…
I want to ask id this License number can be located/find (LTO) “D06-14-01189. He is making some illegal business. And he accidentally sent me a copy of.his license, I wonder if you could help me.locate this bastard who continouoslly lying from.his customers. Thank you LTO for your help
