No one is answering those damn contact numbers. Is there really a employees reporting in the office. This is a govt office there should be atleast one who is present to answer calls.
LTO EAST AVENUE is such a loser … they do not have a landline contact number to make a follow up on the renewed driver’s licenses. At this day and age and the taxes that we pay, I think you should have a contact number!!!

hindi sila nahuhuli kasi namomonitor nila sa mga radyo nila kung kailan may operasyon ang lto at ltfrb..hindi sila bumibyahe pag alam nilang may manghuhuli..
sana po magawan ng aksyon…para hindi na sila maghari-harian sa kalsada at sa radyo…at para hindi na din sila makapambastos ng mga pasahero..
Napaka useless yang mga binigay nyong contact #, no one answering……

I have a car registered at District Office MNDO. I am used to registering my car a month before its registration month. My car with plate ending in ‘1″ was registered in Dec. 2014. At that time, the renewal of plate was not yet fully enforced. I have been following up until the end of May when I realized that payment for the new plate was not included in the charges. I called the DO again and they said I will not be able to get sticker without the plate. To my disappointment I told the person who answered the phone that they should have told us when we were following up before. Considering that nothing will happen if I argue with them, the application for plate was made on 10 June.
Several follow ups were made, personal or phone call. This morning I had the luxury of time to call again and I was again informed that my plate and sticker are not yet available. It’s October again next month, my worry is I will not be able to get again my sticker and plate. To recall I was not able to get my car sticker for year 2013 (if I am not mistaken).
Hopefully, through this venue my query be addressed and my plate and sticker be issued soon.

I noticed that there’s a lot of comments here, did LTO respond to any of the issues raised? Baka it’s another case of ringing phone but no one answers.
i want to report incident in BF QC/ Sandigan. Pls paki-cancell lisensxa ng driver ng FX Express TYF455. Sinadya nyang inaatrasan sana yung babae na nagpalo sa pintuan ng FX nya pero ako ang naatrasan. Ganun n lang porket mahaba ang proseso sa pagreklamo gagawin na lang ng mga FX driver na yan ang gusto nya. Wala silang respeto sa commuter. Dapat aksyon agad kung may ginawa silang violation sa daan. Ano dapat gawin for easy response with regards our compalin.

Nanakaw po ang aking Honda Wave 100 (model 2009) plate number 8138DS noong July 29, 2013. naipa blotter ko na po ito sa PNP/AntiCar. pero nung ma verify ko ay nairehistro pa rin po ito sa pangalan ko noong Aug. 2013 and Aug.2014 sa LTO Calamba Laguna. baka naman po matulungan nyo ako thru your office mai alert ang nasabing plaka sa LTO-Calamba. Sa ngayon po my Prof. Driver License sa Pinas ay expired na effective July 14, 2015 at nais ko mag apply to renew thru ON-LINE REGISTRATION.
Mayron po ba tau nyan na programa para mapa renew ko my license without going home ng Pinas????

Warning.. Avoid any traffic violations! It is not the just the fines or penalties but the almost 3 hrs minimum you have to stay at LTO lines before you can get your license back. I WISH LTO CAN GET IT DONE FASTER WHICH I THINK IT CAN BE DONE. …IF THERE IS WILL…
WARNING… Fixer still victimizes poor driver for getting his license back .Before entry to the building in getting his license back a female fixer promised him for an easy way of getting it.Without any assurance he gave 800
pesos. In the end he cant find the female fixer .He went into the process of 3 hrs in line to get his license on his own, no help from the fixer he could not find anymore.Actual need to pay for releasing his license is only 1077.00. Meaning he ended up paying 1877 for all his troubles.Actual event July 23 2015.
