Dear LTO,
Our father, Lazaro Pineda, who passed away last June 15 left us with some assets,
one is a 1999 Kia Pride CD-5, which we plan to sell.
Unfortunately, with his sudden death, he was not able to properly turn-over the corresponding documents – OR and CR. What we have on hand is an old original copy of an OR (year 2011) and a photocopy of the CR.
Please advise steps to fix this problem.

Kumuha po q ng motorcycle last June/20/2014 pa po, pero hanggan ngayon po wala parin po akong copy ng or cr at wala pa po ko plate number. Lagi po ako umiiwas sa checkpoint kc alam ko bawal ko gamitin motor ko. Hindi ko alam bskit hindi pa ako mabigyan ng dealer ng motor copy of or cr, anu po dapat ko gawin?

I purchased a new vehicle from the dealer last July 2014, my CR reflects September 2014, then I found out that the OR of my special plate was dated only last March 2015, I cannot use my vehicle (that I have paid for !!!) since it still has no plates in compliance with recent disseminated LTO memorandums
I even found out that the special plate for 3 letters 3 numbers is actually at 15K but the dealer charged us 23K.
Is there any legal liability (Civil, Criminal or Administrative) in terms of the Car Dealer’s Alleged Negligence and Incompetence ?

Cannot register my vehicle because the model types erroneously. I went to the issuing agency and was given a record system update form. That has been a month and still has no changes when I checked at the pro. Cannot register it without the corrected model. Help please.
How can i verify or where can i inquire from LTO if the dealer had registered my vehicle.
ask lang poh ako regarding sa registration ng motor ko..base on my O.R-C.R the date of registration of my motor vehicle was May 27,2014 but my actual plate is end with 1..my Plate no. 53941..is their a conflict in my regstration and plate no.?
I just want to ask how long for a Confirmation of CR/OR in case a transacting District Office is different from the District Office that issued the CR.
I have bought a 2nd hand car and it’s about 3 months now and until now the District Office that I’m transacting business has not received the Confirmation or feedback from the other District Office.
Na acquire ko po ang new car ko ng march 18 (wednesday) underwent a police clearance and other document requirements. Submitted all the required documents to LTO office on march 23 (monday). With LTO’s claim that the plate will be released within 7 days, it was disappointing that apr 1 (7th day) came pero wala pong plate na narelease. Then holy week, holidays came so wala pong LTO office. Kanino pong fault yan? Hindi kami makalabas ng bahay dahil hindi magamit ang car bec of LTO’s No Plate, No Travel Policy. Mapepenalize pa rin po ba ako kung sakaling gamitin ko ang car kahit LTO ang hindi nakacomply within the 7-day period? And now, pang 8th day wala pa ring feedback kung may plate na ako. Ano po ang dapat kong gawin?
Hi. Nakuha mo na ba yung plate mo? Kasi we bought a car, nung March 28 namin inuwi then the dealer said inaasikaso na nila, until now wala pa rin yung plate. Mag 1 month ng nakagarahe lang yung sasakyan e.

Good day po..bumili po ako ng motor sa yamaha dito sa Silang, Cavite last december 2013 pa..at hanggang sa ngayon ay paulit-ulit na lang na sagot sakin na wala prin ang plaka ko..pati sila naiipit sa init ng ulo ng mga customers nila..ano po ba ang dapat nyong gawin para dyan kasi sure ako na hindi lang ako ang may ganitong kaso sa LTO..please do reply at pakiexplain nmn po..maraming salamat po..God bless po..
