   good day po! I am Maricar T. Potenciano. hindi po kasi ako na release-an ng license card sa Virac dahil sira daw po ang machine, i’m here sa Laguna na po. Is there any way to get my license card there? I go to LTO in San Pedro, Laguna sabi nila hindi ako pwede releasan sa kahit na anong lugar kapag hindi kayo nagrelease. I just wanna know if I can make authorization letter to get my license card or is there any way to get it?
