Need to know lang po if pwede na makuha ID ksi naka ilang balik na ako wala pa lagi. Dito pa po ako sta rosa. Expired na po license ko this january but cannot take online exam ksi hinihingi card number.

Good morning po! I would like to ask in behalf of a corporate entity. The entity purchased a motorcycle from an individual. However, the individual has not transferred the registration of the motor vehicle to his name. Hence, the vehicle, a motorcycle, is still named under Kawasaki. But he has the deed of sale, the secretary certificate, and the OR and CR. As a representative of the entity, I would like to process two things: 1) the transfer of ownership from the registered owner to the corporate body I now represent. 2) the attachment and registration of motorcycle with a sidecar. Can somebody give advice as to the documentary and procedural requirements? Thanks a lot!
