   Gd pm. Pls help..I bought a 2nd hand car last year, upon regn renewal, it says thay there’s an alarm. Turned out that the car new plate number was picked-up Feb 2020, and the alarm was not lifted..what should I do?

     i got my STUDENT PERMIT in your LTO branch..but my TDC (THEORETICAL DRIVING COURSE) is not updated/reflected on my LTO PORTAL ACCOUNT…
