   I was given a letter by LTO in Paranaque, telling me that my new car plate is available at Marikina District Office with Plate No. TDO489.How do I go about it? Do I need an appointment because I cant seem to contact LTO Marikina nobody answers the phone. Do I just go to LTO Marikina and where is my designated Lto Dept.?
