   Good day!

   My name is Julio Victorio S. Medina, and I would like to make an inquiry regarding the LTO replacement plates. I accessed the website https://ltoplatereplacement.com/ to inquire about the availability of my two vehicles. For one of them, a Toyota Revo 1999 unit, I was advised that the plates were available, at the La Loma District Office. And sure enough, I was able to secure them upon presenting the necessary documents.

   For the other one, however, a Nissan Sentra 1993 unit, the information provided was that the plates were not yet available. I have kept inquiring at the website for more than a month, but I received the same advice. Strangely, since about sometime in October, the website has apparently been down, up to this time.

   So may I inquire if the replacement plates for my Nissan Sentra are already available? The plate number is TKD 366, under the name of my father, Crispulo P. Medina III. Following are additional details that may be useful:
