I sent your office a email in late July, 2023 advising I would not be able to renew my drivers license by July 31st this year as I would be in Canada for Medical purposes and will be returning on October 16th, 2023. I wish to then renew my drivers license. Please advise the proper procedure and who to contact in the Kalibo office for an appointment.
