We are planning to buy a land (untitled) by a seller (he has only a barangay certificate as a proof of ownership), then we do our background check for this land, we found out that this land is titled under the name of other person but has no payment for the amilyar for more than 30 yrs. Assuming it is already abandoned and the land is already under the government. May we ask, may we still purchase the land to the government? or to the person who stayed on that land for more than 30 yrs or the so called “open continuous posession in good faith in the concept of owner for over 30 yrs”? Good afternoon, Meron po akong transaction sa DAET, Camarines Norte sa LRA po doon regarding po sa lupa last January 2019, ang sabi po sa akin wala po daw pipirma dahil pumanaw na po ang incharge doon last January 24, 2019. Pending po ang lahat ng transactions from January 24, 2019 up to present. Aantayin pa daw ang papalit after the election? So anu po ang mangyayari sa sandamakmak na transcations doon sa LRA at ROD? hi good pm. Nag inquire ako sa LRA Diliman, Quezo City regarding to verify the land title from Sampaloc, Quezon Province. They found na wala sa Data base.. So may options pa ba kung saan pwede i verify since may hawak din kami copy na naka rehistro yun land title.. thanks
Head of the LRA manila, Sir, after compliance of registration of deed of donation, the new title was issued to the donor and donee, however upon receipt of the new titles to replace the old one, it was discovered that the donor and the donee did not much with the area. i am referring to epeb no 2018001259 which documents were interchangeable. very shame to the image of LRT personnel who failed to examine before affixing signature on documents
