   Good morning, This is Atty. Ronald C. Catipay. I am based in Cebu. My client’s TCT No. 97129, Cebu City Register of Deeds, has this annotation, to wit:

   “MEMORANDUM:
   Related entry nos. 263792 dated Feb. 4, 2003 and 248807 dated Jamy 23, 2002 have been alevated on consulta, on April 4, 2003.
   Inscribed this 7th day of April 2003.”.

   1. My client title holder does not have any document about this Memorandum.
   2. Client wants to cancel this Memorandum.
   3. Client requests what should be filed or done under the circumstances.

   meron po ako mga papeles na nagpapatunay na nabili po namin ang lupa. ngunit hindi po ito naipasa sa aking lola ang titolo ng lupa. sa kasalukuyan po hindi na namin makita ang dating may ari ng lupa na si (Villareal ildefonso) na pinagbilhan ng aking lola. pwede ko po bang malaman kung pano at ano gagawin upang maipasa sa aking lola ang titolo ng lupa? kami po ay may katibayan na halos nagbayad kame sa aming tax declaration E-043-02773. ngunit hangang sa ngayon wala po kame magawa upang mailipat ang mga titolo sa aming mga pangalan sa kasamaang palad. yumao napo ang aking lola at ang aking ama na syang nagmana sa aming nabiling lupa kay Villareal ildefonso
