    Good day this is Helena Garcia from Leyte seeking assistance how could I refund my license fee that was collected by PhilAmLife Cebu Regis Agency. I applied as financial advisor in PhilAmLife Tacloban but unfortunately the one who recruited who is a good friend of mine belongs to Cebu Regis Agency. I complied everything that has been required. Series of seminars, iPad license fee (sparks) aside from the IC exam that I’ve took 5 years ago. They asked me to pay over 2,000 prior to issuance of my agent’s code which is very vital to open the I.P.O.S using Ipad. My main concern is the Agency Manager Veronica Grace Regis who is based in Cebu, rejected me. According to her, I may not able to do business due to my age. I was then 59 y.o. That was Dec. 16 2018 when we talked over the phone. She challenged me to reach the 1 year quota before year end. As a newly reactivated agent, it’s too good to be true. I said o.k. I have to wait next year to start the year right. Till I reach the age of 60 on February, nothing happened.
    Recently I decided to refund what I’ve been paid due to tight budget. I followed everything she instructed. I communicated via email the PhilAmLife Licensing Division. Recently responded that I’m already deleted in the system. After complying everything she responded my call or even text message. Is this rightful. Sir/ Madam I hope you’ll take action with this type of agency manager. The supposed to be a role model of her subordinates. But with what did might ruin the reputation of the entire industry. I’m just a simple person who fought for my right asking fair treatment.

    Good afternoon! I am Mr. Terry Mahinay, currently I am an active financial advisor of Manulife Philippines. I would like to ask favor to help my brother Leo B. Mahinay and my previous friend Ernan Lapitan a pension plan holder of Eternal Plans, Inc., to claim their matured plan. I filed claims in Cebu branch in behalf of them for almost two years with complete documents and until now they have not yet received their claims. Thanks in advance.

    Am a planholder of Loyola. Plan Consolidated and my policy matured 04/2016. My claim’s been long overdue, and besides, my total claim will nolonger be the same as it should be.

    Good day!

    Hi Ma’am/Sir, I would like to ask the incharge for the SPECIAL IC EXAM in CEBU with AXA Philippines.
    According to my recruit she already pass the traditional exam under AXA, She is now applying with us(SUN LIFE) but before we proceed her application we need to submit the result for her to enroll in VUL exam.

    Good day po. policy holder po ako ng BF Life. nag mature na po policy last April 2011 ang sabi po sa akin may problema daw po sila kaya hindi daw po maibibigay ng buo ang claim ko. binigyan po nila ako ng certification na makukuha ko po ang pera dapat last August, September at October 2012, but sad to say hanggang ngayon po wala pa po akong nakukuha. wala na rin po ang office nila sa Intramuros at wala na rin po akong ma contact sa kanila. somebody advised me na humingi na po ng tulong sa inyo. Sana po matulungan nyo ako. salamat po.

    Good day po. Policy holder po akong ng COCOLIFE Family Savings Plan. Last May 2015 po ako sumali. Yearly premium ko po is Php 58,585.06. At eto pong year n2 nagdecide po ako na i-cancell ung policy ko sa kadahilanan po na di na po ako capable magbayad ng premium dhil po sa krisis ngaun sa saudi. Ang sagot po ng COCOLIFE sa akin thru emai na tanging Cash Value worrth P15,435. Ask ko lng po kung justified ba ung Amount mattanggap ko? Wla rin pong explanation kung pano po naderived sa ganyang amount ung macclaim ko sa knila. Bsta ang sabi cash value lng marrefund ko. Mraming salamat po sa pagtuon ng pansin nyo sa hinaing ko. At humi-hingi po ako ng tulong pra ma-assist nyo po ako sa prblema ko. May mga detalye po ako sa mga naisulat ko po. More power.
