   good day po, ako po si ms.mona lisa r. gragasin taga quezon province.may nabeli po ako property dito sa quezon province intertow homes tayabas city yung lugar po na nabeli ko thru balikatan Inc.till now po ayaw po ako bigyan ng cert.ng intertown developer kc daw po yung nabeli kung property ay may utang pa sa intertown developer.sabi ko ngapo bakit nyo benenta kung may utang pa sainyo.ako ang pinipending nila.hindi po ako makapagpakabit ng water hanggat wala po silang benibigay na cert.sobrang tagal napo.sana po matulungan nyo ako.ito po email ko.monalisagragasin25@yahoo.com,ito po cp no ko.09226041675.salamat po

   Interested to buy land at Golden Vista barangay abuyod, san jose antipolo city. I was asking their LTS number to verify before investing. They said is still in-process. How would we know if its safe to purchase with our hard earned money.

   Hello po mam/sir gud day ask ko lang po sana kung pwede ko pang habulin yung refund ko sa kinuha ko bahay sa lumina nag start po ako 2016 to 2019 at last hulog ko po ay 2019 nd ko n po kaya hulugan,ngayon ko lang po nalaman na may maceda law pra mka refund,kaso po ilang taon na ngayn ko lang nalamn..mahahabol ko pa poba kaya yun? Sana po ma replyan niyo ako..salama po
