Gsis,why did you give out my private, personal details in your custody to a third party doing survey WITHOUT MY CONSENT.THAT IS A CLEAR VIOLATION OF THE DATA PRIVACY ACT. I DEMAND AN EXPLANATION LOL

good day. i’m evelyn a. eje. i retired last sept. 30, 2015. my pension must start this oct 1, 2020. however, after checking with my land bank ( ATM) account there was no deposit made in my favor. May i know the reason why.
Sirs/Madams: May I respectfully inquire for the issuance of updated emb-chips compliant umid card as members since my UMID card had been deactivated fours months ago. Likewise, I cannot manage to come at the nearest GSIS branch office Cabanatuan in person since I am already applying for retirement this time. I am from Casiguran, Aurora, Furthermore, I filed a request at GSIS regarding this matter earlier re: transfer of bank from Union to LBP-Baler branch. Anent, I could not find a specific action since to date, I am still waiting in confused to what is the concrete action I am going to do. With fervent hope and prayers, may this request will merit your kind considerations and approval. God Speed, Mabuhay!

It is my Mom and Dad are both pensioners.
May is their birth month and it is supposed to be time for them to renew their membership.
Can you please advise how is that going to be done while we are still on a lock down?
Does GSIS have an response on this?
Same issue with my mom, her bday was March and un able to report due to lockdown.
Today July 09 she did not receive her pension for the month of July.
I tried to call GSIS customer service but un able to connect.

I am writing here regarding my GSIS eCard PLUS is not working hence i cannot withdrawsince i had this GSIS eCard PLUS, for that reason i am requesting with your kind understanding to replace this defective GSIS eCard PLUS so that i can resolve my financial difficulties. this GSIS eCard PLUS will expire 04/28.

(in this regard i want to comment that i know GSIS doing their best to serve the Pensioners concerned and in my part and other pensioners we cannot avoid problems along the way, all we can do is to communicate to resolve whatever loopholes happened together we can help each other by reaching on both ends.
I would like to follow up the.milestone benefit of my mom which was supposedly received Oct. 8, 2019. But unfortunately, GSIS Davao wasn’t able to do house visit on the day of her birthday which was October 1. Had she been visited at least 2 days after, the benefit would have been included in her October 8 pension like when she was 90 yrs old in which she received the 20k. She was visited only last October 10 in which according to GSIS Davao, she will receive it on November yet. I would like to appeal that GSIS head office would make the necessary remittance on her atm, as it is her birthday month and that was what your milestone benefit is all about. Please.make.this request urgent. Thank you.
Ask lang po kung meron na kaya pension on Aug 08,2019. My das is 80+ since required na kasama pa xa papunta bank. Because the new card is not available we just want to make sure na confirmed na meron na para di po pabalik balik
