I have been using GCash as a mechanism for local payments for food, bills and internet from Globe. However, like those with BDO, I too have lost money from my account on a number of occasions.
So no problem GCash proudly tell you to contact 2882 if you have concerns. Great but absolutely NO WAY TO TALK TO A CSR to report a problem. Try TEXT 2882, – NO RESPONSE – Try the LANDLINE HOTLINE – NO WAY TO TALK TO A CSR or report a fraud. Tried the GCash shop (2 hours drive away) Just tell you to call 2882 – so I made them and they cant get in touch with anyone either!! SO Tried FACEBOOK – no response, e-mail – NO response.
What is even worse is that they are not able to provide a true statement of account. They provide a transaction list marked – “This is not an official document from G-Xchange- PLease do not print or use for official purposes” – BUT THEY DO NOT PROVIDE ANY STATEMENTS!
So after a MONTH of trying to get in touch I wrote to the Chief Executive at their headquarters, sent the letter registered to make sure they received it, threatened to take LEGAL ACTION if they did not refund the money and get in touch to discuss the problems.
Guess what??? NO RESPONSE – so I guess they will have to find out the hard way through the public embarrassment regarding their operation, and the reference to the Ombudsman, the British Consulate, MasterCard, PayPal and the others who they have ignored.
NO trustworthy fiscal organisation, operating seriously, can be so haphazard and superficial to its customers. They MUST be made to operate in a trustworthy, transparent manner,
Maybe you agree? maybe you can help? _ I AM NOT ALONE – their own website and forum is covered with similar complaints – ALL UNANSWERED!

Gusto ko lang po ipaalam sa inyo na dito po sa aming Barangay Pasong Tamo, sa kanto ng Philand Drive At Tandang Sora, Q. Sagot sa akin – sila na ang bahala; kung dalawang beses na hindi bumoto ay automatic na matatanggal ang kanyang pangalan.
Di kaya ito ang dahilan na may nakakaboto pa na mga patay?
