   Good Day Duty Free Philippines!
   I would like to raise a complain about one of your employees, Parañaque branch. Her name is Rizza Mar Sespeñe. During her working hours, she’s messaging me saying things that is untrue. We had a settlement in barangay regarding that thing and the other things she did to us but a few days ago, she started spreading false information to ruin us again. My family and I have been a loyal costumer to your store ever since I have family members that are working overseas and it’s a tradition for us to shop at your store whenever they visit Philippines so Duty Free Philippines is close to our hearts. I just want to let you be aware on one of your employee’s misconduct. I can send you a screenshots of our conversation and a video from her TikTok account if you insist.
