Good day DTI. We are a catering company and we have temporarily closed our operation during the lock down. What we thought would last for 15 days is now on its 2nd month and still extending. With some people to keep and operational cost to maintain we need to look for alternatives to sustain our small business. Place–Dingras, Ilocos Norte. Most groceries in Dingras are giving candies as change. I have experienced this with CANETE STORE. Also, some stores don’t accept 5, 10 and 25 cents (Marcos Store). They dont give exact change too. If the cost of commodity is over by 25 cents or more, they charge P1.00 alrdy. Pls do a random check or make them aware of the law and their fines and punishments. One more thing, promos for medicines and vitamins, e.g. revicon 5+ 1 free, they claim they dont sell such but the boxes of said promo are displayed and used as containers. So they buy the promo and sell it individually. Im aware of the promo and budget packs bec I used to buy at mercury drugstore.
BOOKSALE IS PRACTICING A NO REFUND POLICY. Purchase items at Booksale Makati Cinema Square and they say that items cannot be refunded even if its in good condition! I think DTI should investigate on this! Prople I talk to are ABBY CRUZ AND JOFIL CATADMAN! They say if i want a refund I better talk to their office because its their instruction!

i would like to complaint metro deal my transaction po kami sakanila since March 2015 the pay the amount of 1799 and 279 pesos using out credit card for the past transaction but after a month the said unit didnt delivered due to non availability of stock, so we decided to cancelled out transaction to the pero nung tumawag kami sa bank para iinform sila na cancelled na yong transaction namin ang sabi nila dapat daw manggaling sa metrodeal ang information so tumawag kami saknila pero lagin lang nilang sinsabi na naprocess na ang request namin cellphone na ang pinangtatawag namin kasi madalas namin sila iniinformed pero wala kming makuhang magandang sagot skanila hanggang ngayon po hindi padin narereverse ung request namin at hanggang nadelequent na ung card namin dahil saknila pati ung mga extension ng card namin naclosed ng dahila sknila pero hanggang ngayon hindi nila inaasikaso kashit paulit ulit padin kmin tumatawag saknila sana naman po matulungan nyo kmi, isa po akong Government employee at sana po matulungan nyu kmi. salamat

i would like to complaint about the unit that i bought from pick and carry cell shop store in dumaguete city which is samsung galaxy tab 2 worth P14,699. the unit has a factory deffect because it doesn’t function and they will not exchange it with new item. they said they only warranty on the services if it will be damage but i just give it to them to be fix but 1 week later my unit doesn’t function again. can u please help me. im sheena mae dalleda from ayungon, negros oriental.
