    To whom it may concern,
    Good Day!
Please be informed regarding the beep card payment specially in most of all buses from PITX are not working. In this time of pandemic it is very important the use of our own beep card for our safety.
Hoping for the concern authority to check on it.
    Thank you!

One time I buy load for my mobile phone for emergency cases. We have an internet at home and so I did connect to save my load in globe. But the globe telecom get all my load, because they say that I am connected to the intenet. Why the globe telecom do this, are they insane? I buy this load, and they only took it like a thief. They must be stop for what they are doing to the Filipino people.

  6. Since June 2020 our office, BAN Toxics!, Inc. has no internet connection from Globe business line. We have informed them more than 10 times but they are not taking action to our complaints. They are sending us monthly bill even though we are not connected since June. May I ask DOTC to look into our concern and call globe telecom. Thank you very much.

in order to hedge from the heavy traffic within Metro Manila, I would like to suggest that the opening of office hours for public servants, private workers, students and malls will be adjusted into different time frames. For example, office hours for public workers starts from 8 a.m and ends up at 5 p.m while private sectors/offices will be adjusted from 10 a.m to 7 p.m and malls will be from 12 noon to 12 midnight. May this suggestion be given a premium consideration.
