   sir/ma’am:

   This regards to the Regional Technical Director for Lands at Cordillera Region (ATTY. CRIZALDY M. BARCELO) that he keeps all the documents that he will sign for approval. He will sign the document until we go to his office for personal appearance and after signing he ask amount. The lowest amount he asking is 500.oo pesos per envelop/folder. If you have 2 or more envelops if you give only 500 pesos he will give 1 envelop, until you will give the amount that he is asking that ‘s the time he will release the other envelops. The Example is the approval of the LOT SURVEY AND SURVEY AUTHORITY. Matagal na ginagawa niya ito, ngunit ngayon kami magpost dahil sawa na kami.

   sir/madam with regards to the illigal logging in national park at dingle,iloilo if possible ask nbi to investigate because some rumors that police or ex police and some denr employee were involve.
