I submit my document for CAV last Nov 19, Until now not yet release.Now nearly one month
still nothing happen.We cannot contact any person on NCR Ched, because all contact numbers are un attended and doesnt exist.
Please respond.

Just, an inquiry regarding the situation of my son, He graduated last April 2019, but until now his DIPLOMA is still withhold or not release for the reason allegedly there is still no SO number from your side according to the college registrar, is this true?
I presumed that all of the graduates on that year, no Diploma had been released only the Transcript and beside they are advised to get a certification for them to use as a proof for their graduation in applying for a work and they need to spend almost P500 pesos for the said certificate.

Hi po.I am a transferee. Need ko ng assistance sa pagkuha ng NSTP certificate with serial number as mandatory requirement po ito sa current school ko for graduation. Pinuntahan ko po ung dati ko school pero nd po nila maretrieve ung record ko dahil sa nawala daw po ung record sa data base nila.

Ask ko lng po pwede po bang mag advance exam ung nephew ko dahil po sa may ticket na siya papuntang australia. Kahit po wala siyang sakit. Hindi na po kasi pwedeng e refund o re scheduled yung flight nya. Dahil po binago po kc nang school nila ung date nang exam dapat po march 14 15 and 16 before easter kaya po bumili na ako nang ticket nya dated march 28. Kc po un ang sabi nang school nong tumawag ako. Pagkatapos po bigla pong nsbago ginawa nilang april. Kayq po nag requestbako nang advance exam para po makapag exam siya bago umalis kaso po hindi siya pinayagan kahit na alam nilang my ticket na ung bata. Good evening po. Regarding po sa special order to all LET examinees. Isa po kasi ako sa mga di naka exam last Sep. LET dahil di nabigyan ng S.O ng CHEd. Pwede po bang kumuha ng authorization from CHEd para makatake ng LET this March, sa dahilang sa March pa po kami mabibigyan ng S.O. Thank you. Please reply.

Greetings! I would like to humbly ask why my slot in CHED StuFAP has not been removed even though I am not being benefited anymore because I shifted to another course (not a priority course) which invalidates my scholarship. I was a student of College of Education in Central Luzon State University during A. Y 2015-2016 and also a StuFAP grantee for two semesters. However, I have been taking up Bachelor of Arts in Language and Literature due to personal matters since A.Y 2016-2017. I applied for the new CHED scholarship for 6th District of Pangasinan this semester and was disqualified due to the reason that my slot in StuFAP has not been removed. 🙁 It was hard accepting it because I assumed that I would be qualified, but still did after I had a talk with Mr. Arnel Sumangil regarding this matter and he explained the reason to me and advised me to just re apply this coming second semester. I am afraid that I will again be disqualified because of my existing slot in CHED StuFAP. I humbly ask you to please fix it. I am reaching out to you as a student who really needs financial assistance in my academics since my father died last year, and my mother works as a housekeeper earning 4,000 a month. I really need this scholarship Ma’am /Sir. Please do something about it. It would mean a lot to me.
