   Good morning, I hope this letter finds you well.
   I am writing this in behalf of my mother- in law, Gertrudes Ramos Briones. Last April 14, 2025 at 9:00am, I went to your office particularly in a room for PWD and Senior Citizen, somebody from that office assisted me to use a computer and he helped me input the details of my mother in law’s business which is a property rentals. The person who helped me said I will just go directly to any Land bank branch to pay the necessary dues for the business tax. I went to a Landbank branch but unfortunately I was told to download the info I have made in the computer in the BIR Guiguinto, my dilemma is, I cannot find the inputs I have made from the Guiguinto BIR computer. Please help me, I want to pay the taxes of my mother in law. The rental of her property is 20,000 Thousand pesos monthly and we wanted it under the 8% computation Quarterly, the details are as follows:
