Good day and greetings of peace from zamboanga city I am a mother of an ofw with this pandemic and unstable source of income our recourse is to make use of a patch of land in La Paz ,Alicia , Zamboanga Sibugay . of about 7 hectares .Two hectares of these had been planted with rubber trees 8 years ago. I brought 4 chickens in 2 carton cages at the Marikina Bus Terminal last November 2018 because I am scheduled to go home at Mansalay, Oriental Mindoro however the Roro Bus Company is asking me if I have the appropriate permit of the fowls. Since I have no permit so they did not accommodate it hence I was forced to call my companion at Camp Aguinaldo to pick up the chickens and bring it back thereat. They are willing to load it however they are asking for an amount of money, although a little bit high in which I can afford but prefer to secure the required permit. Is it true that there is a need to secure a permit for the chickens?
