After you get the Import Permit Form in computer,you must filled it up,,and send it to your Philippine embassy where your state located here in US..so they will authenticate the form for you,then they will send it back to u,before you fly..that will be you pet passport when you enter Philippines..Thanks

I am a returning resident, balik bayan, dual ciitizen, tyring to acces your web site to apply online for a pet import permit as instructed by the Philippine consulate here in San Francisco. Unfortunately the website links are “dead”. I tried to send an email, again it came back “undeliverable” . So I Tried using my Yahoo email, same situation “undeliverable, no Yahoo account. Please check your website and email “quarantine_bai@yahoo.com.
Please have your web administrator fix this issue. Calling your contact nbr is frustrating and costly.
Hello, I just called the Philippine airlines, the lady whom I talked to said that we can get the import permit from the Philippine General Consulate Embassy in LA since the dogs came from the US. the number is 213-639-0980 and ask for an import permit and their instructions. She said to get the import permit in LA and not from the Philippines. Hope this will help everybody who are trying to send their best friends in the Philippines.
I called the LA office but they are not helpful. They said to call the BAI in the Philippines. I have the same problem because I want to take home my cats in February. All the fax #s for BAI are dead and an email I sent them remains unanswered.
Need an import permit for our 2 chihuahua. Arriving in the Philippines by May 2014.
Can not access most of the BAI website to download an Import Permit application.
Pls. email us on how /what to do to get the import permit. What else do we need to get our dogs with us or bring them to the Philippines.

Hello, been trying to apply online import permit for our pets but been cannot go thru your website .
(bai.da.gov.ph) . We have a total of 4 pets (dogs) . How long will it take to process an import permit because we looking to travel third week of February or early March’2014.

I am hoping to receive a reply and the copies of import permits this week and I will let you know if they did. Hope this will help all of you.

I need a signed copy of my import permit sent to me asap as I am leaving Monday. My import application is os81t13120601 and my Approved entry number is ICDAB AIQ10813130467. The InterCommerce site does not tell me how to print a signed copy. I’ve been working this application since Nov.
