What are the requirements for student permit.
Good pm. Nagpunta po kmi jan sa lto kawit nung sept 16 para bayaran ung violation dhil mkapag renew ng rehistro ang sasakyan. Aug 2013 pa violation binayaran nmin no seat belt and disregarding of officer at ngaun pinapa renew ult nmin dito sa makati ang rehistro my alarm pa dn daw jan daw ult sa kawit. Question bakit nung nagpunta kmi jan ndi po nakita ung violations? Or ndi plng po nabura sa system?? Pkidouble check nmn ksi malayo po kmi sa kawit tnx

Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope this letter finds you well and in good state of health.
The undersigned is a retired military officer of the AFP and a resident of Antel Grand Village, General Trias, Cavite. I just would like to share my experience in trying to register my vehicles, One (1) Honda XR 200 Motorcycle and One (1) Ford Ecosport at your LTO Office in Kawit Cavite. Last May 2022 I was able to register my other vehicle a Chevrolet Captiva without any hassle and I find the procedure very well organized with the new LTO Portal being used in every transaction.
However, when I was there last July to register my motorcycle, I was surprised that the emission testing centers inside and outside of the LTO Kawit Branch do not entertain a vehicle registration if the Insurance will not be entered with their insurance operating with the emission testing center. They told me that the transaction for emission test without their insurance are being done on a Saturday, by then LTO Office is close. They are charging the insurance twice the amount I got from another insurance company . They are also telling the vehicle owners that they must be the one to process the registration because of the long wait of the emission test results and it will take them quite a while if they will process the registration on their own, which I believe is just their scenario to lure victims in giving them extra money for their “ILLEGAL FIXING” activities.
I know that government agencies such as the LTO are trying their best to serve the public and gain their trust and confidence to improve their operations.
With all due respect I recommend that the LTO Kawit Brach should take a look or investigate this kind of illegal activity that is giving a wrong impression on the good image of your agency.

I applied for a change of Certificate of Registration (CR) with encumbrance stamp pero ayaw tanggapin ang PNCM ko gawa daw may bura tas hindi pa daw clear ang stamped ng RD TRECE kahit may resibo naman at copy of issuance ang RD TRECE na sa kanila na register ang PNCM ko. Ang sagot nung babae na nasa LTO KAWIT, AYAW DAW TANGGAPIN NG HEPE nila ang may bura at kung puwede mgpagawa na naman daw ng certification sa TRECE na sa kanila nakaregiser ang PNCM ko. It’s a total NONSENSE. Bumalik ako ng RD Trece para ipaayos yung stamp, pero ganun daw talaga ang stamp nila, pinapabayad ako ng another Certification. OMG CAVITE, puro n lng ba pera?
