Sirs/Mesdames:
May I report to you that a certain truck whose owner, Jhun Murillo, has no business permit to operate reloads today or tomorrow or the day after tomorrow Hawaii balikbayan boxes from the Millennium Express compound at Huling Bahay Quintin in Purok Maunlad, Barangay Baras-baras, Tarlac City for delivery to consignees in Luzon. This is a gross violation of trucking business laws.
Also, Millennium Express located in the above-mentioned address has closed shops and therefore has no appropriate licenses to continue operating yet it blatantly continues to operate and does not therefore pay taxes. It is probably in cahoots with corrupt LTO personnel who provide it unscrupolous documents that’s why it still operates, but illegally.
You better check on this or your national office will do it in your behalf to your embarrassment.
Please act on this complaint with dispatch asap because it is an urgent concern.
