   Is this the processing office of our concerned claims of my grandchildren? I applied my grandchildren’s claim in mandaluyong, shaw.. I am in a wheelchair and been there 3times..i am always the one doing the follow up if they need more documents. No communications whatsoever if you will not do the follow up. The last time I was there they instructed me to write a letter address to Sss and that’s it. And I just wait for our check for three weeks. Months had pass, I called mandaluyong shaw and they are waiting for an approval from proceesing office in makati…another months had pass i called main office and the answer they do not know because it’s still in makati? …the member who died was Patricia M. Parcon, died last december 20, 2012…sss number is3381352461… Even mandaluyong shaw and sss main doo not know the answer why our claim is still not approve… My grandchildren have no father and mother… Do I need to go to tv 5?
