   Good Day! I’ve been check everyday may virtual pag ibig. But when I open the calamity loan, it always say “UNABLE TO RETRIEVE YOUR RECORD YOU MAY TRY AT A LATER TIME” Can anyone help me what is the meaning of this? I already use or log in to the phone or desktop, but nothing change.
