   Hi my name is Zenylyn De Leon Halog From Poblacion Rosario La Union, I wanted to renew my motorcycle registration but due to pandemic and insufficient funds I cant renew my registration but now I can registered my motorcycle, can I take it online and if its possible could I take it through credit payments. Thanks.

   my L300 van registrationwas due last May but because of the pandemic i cannot renew since i live in Baguio where senior are not allowed to travel- i have nobody to register it for mr-please advice
