   Good afternoon po , ask ko lang po sana kung anu pwede ko gawin kasi hindi po nagbibigay sustento yung ama ng anak ko , acknowledge nya naman po . sana po matulungan nyo ko .

   Hello Good morning po, Ask ko lang po kasi may pinapaayos po akong land title sa legazpi pero nasa mother title pa po so sabi ng lawyer po na nasa legazpi 150k dw po ang legal fee to file a petition for re issuance of a new title. Except pa po yung court appearance, DAR clearance na 10k. So i reached my friend who has done this before ay binayad lang po is 65k pati na po pagtransfer sa name nya sa manila pa po yun. Now i need help po im confused dahil masyado po mataas ang sinisingil. Sana po matulungan nyo ako.
