   Hello,
   I am looking for information.
   I need to prepare a SPA for land Title in El Nido and would like to know what kind of format I need as well as what kind of documents can be used to prepare it.
   I have Philippine birth certificate and citizenship, would these document be enough to prepare the SPA?
   Plus what is the cost and how long would the process take.
   Please, kindly provide me with all the necessary information.

   Gudpm.hihingi lang po ako ng advice kung ano pong gagawin ko..ang tatay po ng anak ko di nagsusuporta..pero nakapaelyido sa kanya,ngayon po kinuha nya po ang bata sa school christmas party ng bata,wala po akong abeso.isa po akong ofw.
