   Paano po b makuha un plate number Ng sasakyan ko nabili ko po second hand NASA Manila po sasakyan tapos may bago n daw po plate number kaso Hindi makuntak un pinag bilhan ko NASA pagadian daw po un plate number ty

   Sir gud pm…ask po ako anu gagawin ko sa multicab ko mali ang fuel type tapos nasa cebu na kami…dyan kc nka register tapos sabi ng LTO CEBU puntahan po daw dyan sa pagadian….wala bang ibang paraan na hindi na kami pupunta sa pagadian office?

   Hi,

   May we seek for an enlightenment regarding the strange transaction completed at LTO Pagadian district office.

   Based on LTO records our on hand LTO Certificate of Registration is superseded because of unusual transaction happened to LTO Pagadian Office.

   Per Mr. Vasquez there were unknown TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP transactions happened dated February 18, 2021 from ORVEN MAGO VASQUEZ to EMILIO EMBATE BASE JR. this transaction is not valid since Mr. VASQUEZ & MR. BASE (unknown individual) were not signed any DEED OF SALE for the unit bearing PLATE NUMBER CBJ-1758.

   Thereafter, on FEBRUARY 24, 2021 another unfortunate transaction happened. The ownership of the 12W TRUCK WINGVAN rename to ORVEN MAGO VASQUEZ.

   This instances is a problem for MR. VASQUEZ since he is applying to mortgage his TRUCK. Unfortunately mortgagee & LTO denied his LTO CR to process for encumbrance as they are looking for CR issued by PAGADIAN office.

   With this, may we confirm or seek for any document that will justify the said LTO transaction at LTO Pagadian. Also who is the recipient of latest CR dated February 24, 2021 as their/your office.

   PS: Wala po bentahan naganap at wala po any transactions sa PAGADIAN office.
