   Good morning po NEAP scholar po ako,kasama po dun sa scholarship ang load allowance, kaso po wala po akong NEAP sim eh sabi po sa orientation eh refundable daw po yun, paano po kaya yun irefund at ano po ang kailangan ,,

   Natapos ka na po yung course and i already have my certificate, sana po matulungan nyo po ako salamat po.
