    How to contact Sun from abroad. The hotline is not allowing me to proceed with the call, hi hello with the agent and then it will go back to the menus. Please assist.

    As preliminary, allow me to introduce myself. I am ALFRED A. MEDRANO, the attorney-in fact of my parents mentioned on the Lease Contract involving the property situated in Brgy. Sto. Niño, Palauig, Zambales.

    I noticed that no rental was deposited on my Metrobank account this December, 2017.

    Further, as I review our contract dated October 24, 2007, the same already expired last year. This gave me the presumption that the lack of rental was due to the said expiration.

    My principals and I are at a quandary since we do not know the intention of the management regarding the expired contract. May we humbly ask if we will sit on the negotiating table and continue our relationship or terminate the contract and dismantle the colossal structure?

    Everytime i go to sun shops since February to claim my loyalty and to upgrade from plan 600- plan 999 i always get the same feedback from the custumer service or the personnel in charge in the sun shop that they do not have stock yet and i need to reserve so that they could call me as soon as the unit is available, but then i have been waiting for months and i haven’t received any calls from any sun shop, it was so frustrating, I’ve been coming to sun shop every month hoping that i could finally renew my plan but thier answers were all the same, they said that it is already out of stock, what surprised me the most is when i went to sun again yesterday, i was informed that they’ve already restocked and now it’s out of stock again prior to the date of my arrival, another told me that it was already out of stock a few weeks back? What the heck? What about my reservation? What was the purpose of making the reservation? My loyalty is due on july and if i did not make the plan modification on time, i am affraid that i will be stucked in the same plan for another 24 mos. It was so annoying and frustrating, i had to pay 50 php parking just to be stopped by the guard in charged of queuing due to the plan or the unit being out of stock, what bother’s me the most is that when you ask an agent in charge or the sec guards about the specific unit for a specific plan, they will first ask you if it is a new plan application or a loyalty or renewal, if you said renewal they will say that it is out of stock and that you nay opt to file or fill out a “useless reservation ledger “, but if you said new plan application they will tell you to get a number and wait for your name to be called? What does that mean? You are not a priority just because you are an old timer and they do not care about you, what they want is a new plan holder, a new costumer just so they could earn more? What if i opted to terminate my sun 3 sun postpaid line each with a minimum of 1300 php bills every month and see if i will be given due assistance and care and courtesy coming from the sun shops!!! Hope you can do something about this matter

    I also have a concern. Nqag-avail ako nang Plan. Tapos dalawang sim binigay nila. Ngayon i really thought na ang ikalawang sim is for internet sim.Dahilnga yong plan na inavail ko is bundle na. Yong broadband na sim kailan man hindi ginamit, so the thing is di ko alam kung ana ang number ng sim na yon!.. Akala ko rin hindi na activate yon since di ko nagamit at wala rin akong natatanggap even sa email ko man lang!.. Ngayon may tuawag sa akin na ipapasettle ang unpaid balance worth 2,836.71. Paano ako magbabayad na wla naman akong SOA??.
    Pumunta ako sa SUN Servicecenter nila sa Gaisano Mactan dito sa cebu kung saan akoa nag-avail tapos hindi sila mkah pagprocess dahil two days na daw silang offline and worst di daw sila pwede makapag process ng termination!. So what i did is pumunta ako sa ibang service center doon naman but still same story happened!..How come they can process for availment tapos pag termination na hindi sila mkah pagpaprocess.
    Nako naman SUN CELLULAR! You be must give us a good services, NOT A GOOD PROVIDER!.
    Sana lang huh?.. Makapag bigay agad kayo nang action regarding this.
    Naiirita na talaga ako.. naman!..

I lost my postpaid sun cellular sim card together with my cp last March 18, 2016 and i immediately reported it to your hotline #200 and told me that they will cut the line or deactivate the number immediately also. The next 2 days or March 20, 2016 i went to your Sun Cellular Store Outlet at Malabon City Square (Robinsons) at Longos, Malabon City and reported the loss and i consequently applied for a replacement of my line requesting that my same number be retained. They told me they can do that and i have to pay Php 40.00 for it. So I paid it and they told me that within 24 hours it will be activated. I even emphasized that they should assure me that the old same number will be deactivated and the new same number will be activated within the specified hours. After 24 hours and i called up again the hotline #200 and spoke with a certain Mumde Jamito and narrated to him about the sad predicament. Again he asked for the code number in the new sim card issued to me and gave it to him and again reassured me that it will be activated within 6 hours. After six hours i tried to open the network but again it was not still activated. I called up again the hotline #200 and spoke with a certain Ringo (or is it Ringor?) narrated to him what had happened to my cp and assured me again that he will forward my request to the proper authorities and again he asked for the code number of the old sim card. Then he said that within 24 hours it will be activated. The following Wednesday we went to Liliw, Laguna with my work buddies and stayed there for 2 nights and 1 day believing that within these days all wil be alright during this vacation but unfortunately, it was still not activated and i was really beginning to feel hopeless and the first thing i did when we got back in Malabon was to report the problem again at Sun Cellular Store in MCSquare and i talked with Mr. Jonel, this was a Saturday or March 26, he said that they have a system upgrade at that time and their on line was off so he told me just to wait and just got my cellular number and the code of the new card. The following Monday I called Sun Cellular hotline #200 again and talked with a certain Ian Monte and told me that the one who processed my new card made a mistake of keeping the old code of my old sim number but assured me that it was deactivated. Again i told him that i hope i would have no problem with my billing and i deserve to have a rebate for the inactive days (actually since March 20 up to this writing). Up to now ‘WALA PA RING NANGYAYARI SA LINE KO” Wake up people! We, subscribers deserve better treatment than this! Do your part naman!
