    hello dalawa po kasi ung dumating na bill w/ free LTE sim .. ang problema po kasi napagsama ng kasama ko ung dalawang sim .. so hindi ko na po alam kung alin dto ung pra sa number ko at ung sa isa .. paano po ba malalaman kung kanino pong number ung LTE sim ? pls help tnx

    SUN CELLULAR MANAGEMENT

    Sir/Madam:

    As preliminary, allow me to introduce myself. I am ALFRED A. MEDRANO, the attorney-in fact of my parents mentioned on the Lease Contract involving the property situated in Brgy. Sto. Niño, Palauig, Zambales.

    I noticed that no rental was deposited on my Metrobank account this December, 2017.

    Further, as I review our contract dated October 24, 2007, the same already expired last year. This gave me the presumption that the lack of rental was due to the said expiration.

    My principals and I are at a quandary since we do not know the intention of the management regarding the expired contract. May we humbly ask if we will sit on the negotiating table and continue our relationship or terminate the contract and dismantle the colossal structure?
