I have been sending boxes with simple food stuff to my girlfriend for 3 years now. In the beginning it was OK but then you have some employees holding my boxes and requiring my gf to pay duties and taxes on things that do not require duties and taxes. The next thing the new president should do is fire every one of the customer service employees and replace them immediately. They have many phone numbers but the ladies NEVER answer the calls. I called at 11:30 am ONE TIME AND THE LADY HUNG UP THE PHONE AS SOON AS 12 NOON (LUNCHTIME) hit.
Now they have set another one of my boxes that I sent on November 14th I sent tow boxes with simple food stuff and candy in them and they delivered one box to Paombong and the other box of food items they put in customs clearance. It is important that you all know that there are still some corrupt people in the system and the only way to get them out is to file formal complaints to the Philippine Postal Corporation. Be aware that if you are sending items to a provincial area, they will hold your item in customs and send a paper notice to the person that is receiving your item. If that person does not go to the post office in Pasay to get your item,
I think that someone may take the item home with them after a certain amount of time. I have tried to call the post office for 4 hours last night and then again today US time for another hour but they will not answer the phone. The Post Master does not put his office number on the internet because he knows that the postal service is broken severely. Just fire all of the customer server reps because they ARE NOT providing any customer service. I f I had the number to the President’s office I would call that and complain but I don’t know it.
its been two months and havent heard anynews or updatss regarding my package. Please help

Good am, can i ask for some assistance tracing the documents sent to my mother. I already have visted the website (philpost) and it says that it was already dispatched to the provincial office but going to our provincial post office they told me that there was no document arrivig.

Maybe they use your cellphone first for testing if in good condition before they sent to your receiver. I had the same issue with them before.. And they ask for taxes more than the worth of the item. How they calculate taxes? We don’t know if they know simple math.

Until now im still waiting my item..it was sent October 5, 2016 and i checked in philpost tracker it is already arrived here in qatar October 11 why until now i didnt recieve? Pls.deliver my item ASAP..
Domt use philpost. The service is very deficient. Somebody stole my packet during the delivery, The customer service is unavalaible. In the pòst office they dont like to deal with the problem. The website looks like was made for a chile of 4 years old.Ah, but they have a lot of directors earning lots of money and going to meetings and congress.
I’m so disappointed right now, Isang buwan na ako tumatawag sa main office nyo at pumupunta sa local post office dito sa Davao wala parin kayong ginagawa..kahit sa email wala akong narinig sa inyo.. ano ba ibig sabihin ng “en route to delivery” kalimutan nlng ang package?? The sender in USA filed a report on this matter. Upon tracking the package naka pasok na sa Philippines and done at customs last 14th of sept 2016 till now no updates kung asan na?
Yung sakin din Maam, Sept 13,2016 enroute to delivery office, until now wala parin, ask lang ako maam, if nakuha nyu na po ba yung package nyu ?… davao din po kasi ako. thanks sa sagot.
