Good day po.. Inquire lng po ako about sa process.. Nkakuha po ako thru pagibig sa isang subdivision. Ang kaso po may nkatira, i take the risk at nag file sa court. tapos nmn na po then May order n po For execution notice to vacate and na serve n po ng sheriff saddenly matigas ung pinapaalis..next process po ni sheriff ay sending a letter to your office for certification and police assistance..mag eemail dw po tofollow ung hardcopy.. Tanong ko po how it takes po ung certification? Db po ang mga private subdivision is not involved the underprivileged and homeless citezens? Thank you po more power and God Bless.

    Sir:

    Warm greetings po.

I received a copy of your endorsement to the PAO Chief dated December 20, 2022 about our request to the President that bears PCC Code No. GE-JCA-12-15-2031-32.

Please be advised that we are not making any “complaint” neither are we “seeking for legal assistance” but making a request. First on Nov. 24, 2021 to former President Duterte. See ANNEX “A to A-3” Then to President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. on August 22, 2022. Please see ANNEX “B”.

We made those requests, to award some 1,100 residential lots that we, they call illegal settlers have occupied, in as much that these residential lots that comprise around half of the 89 has, Green Valley Subdivision, have become technically ownerless starting September 7, 2013.

But because these residential lots have not yet been reverted to the government, the provision of Republic Act No. 2874, Section 99 that says “All actions for the reversion to the Government of lands… shall be instituted by the Attorney-General [OSG] or the officer acting in his stead, in the proper courts, in the name of the Government of the Philippine Island” – must be considered.

May we please hear your comment in these letter/

    Very respectfully yours

    Leodigario Paras
