   I am a client of Peoples Credit branch in Batangas City. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had a shortage of my monthly installment for my existing loan with PCFC. I availed of enhanced emergency lloan at the GSIS.last September. However, to cover the shortage of my existing loan , the amount of 11,000 was deducted from my emergency loan proceeds from GSIS by Peoples Credit which I allowed. Further,, I have a floating amount of 8,000 with PCFC here. This time may I respectfully request information if can avail of a loan for my 13th month pay for this year if it is allowable.
