I am Mary Rose Odoño, a benificiary of your medical benefits in view of my Chronic kidney disease. I am regularly having dialysis.. My husband who goes there and accepts the grant is in a dilemma as to how we will avail of the next benefit since all your telephone numbers cannot be reached > he was calling you because his last application in Oct 2019 said that he should contact PAGCOR by Jan 23, 2020. But how can he call when there are no telephone lines available? Please advice us if our request will still be granted even if we were not able to connect with you last Jan 23. or do we apply a new one

On April 25, 2019, we filed a legitimate complaint to Ms. Mary Grace Francia, Manager, Bingo Bonanza, Robinsons, Las Pinas to ban Mr. Edward Pascua for his illegal & unfair gaming practices. To date, she has not acted upon our request & Mr. Edward Pascua continues to be an errand guy for the entire staff for the whole shift. He watches all the machines for “Air Cash, Manny Bucks, Mr Champion & Mystery”. Only, then will he occupy 2 or 3 machines with just P100 or less, thus depriving regular gaming patrons the use of the machines. Most of the time, he wins which is unfair to regular gaming patrons who put in lots of money to the machines. The reason Mr Pascua is allowed access to Bingo Bonanza is because he shares his winnings with the staff. Appreciate you look into this.
